Overview
A great shooter whose prowess from beyond the arc has been compared to former
Jayhawk Jeff Boschee... Has also been described as a gym rat... The son of a
college coach who has a great feel for the game... An impressive ball-handler
and passer... Excels at getting his teammates involved... Can shoot well
spotting up or off the dribble... Considers himself a combo guard who can play
the point or on the wing.

Travelled and practiced with the team during the 2004-05 season.
Freshman Season (2003-04)
Saw action in 21 games, logging 3.9 minutes per outing... Averaged 1.2 points,
0.5 rebounds and 0.4 assists per game... Had a total of 26 points, eight steals
and eight assists... Drilled six three pointers and pulled down 10 rebounds on
the year... Played in his first career game, scoring two points, two steals and
two assists in six minutes against UT Chattanooga on Nov. 21... Picked up two
assists and a rebound in eight minutes at TCU on Dec. 1... Grabbed two rebounds
in seven minutes of play at Stanford on Dec. 6... Tallied a career high eight
points in eight minutes against Fort Hays State on Dec. 10... Scored three
points in eight minutes of play versus Binghamton on Dec. 29... Buried a
three-point shot while logging six minutes against Colorado on Jan. 25... Picked
up three steals to go along with two points and an assist in seven minutes at
Oklahoma State on Feb. 9... Poured in five points after making his first career
free throws in eight minutes against Oklahoma on Feb. 29... Added three points
and an assist in two minutes versus Missouri on March 12.
High School
McAlester High School (2003)... Coached by Kelley Clarke... Averaged nearly 25
points per game as a senior leading McAlester to the state playoffs... Led
Oklahoma's class 5A as a junior by pouring in 25.4 points per game, while
shooting 58 percent from the field and 45 percent from beyond the arc... Led
McAlester to a 22-5 record and a berth in the 5A semifinals as a junior... Ranks
as McAlester's all-time leading scorer with over 2,000 career points... Averaged
22.4 points per game as a sophomore... Also a standout baseball player in high
school.

Full name is Jeremy Daryl Case... Born Nov. 10, 1984 in Oklahoma City...
Undecided major... Parents are Rita Kemp and Win Case... Father, Win coached at
Oklahoma City University from 1993 until 2005 and is the current head coach and
athletics director at Eastern Oklahoma State College in Wilburton, Okla... Win
was a teammate of current KU coach Bill Self at Oklahoma State in the 1980s...
Case's mother, Rita Kemp, also played basketball in college at Seminole (Okla.)
Junior College... Chose KU over Oklahoma and Nebraska... Some former Jayhawks to
wear No. 10 include Scooter Barry, Kirk Hinrich and Calvin Rayford.
