For his brilliant work as guard, Earl Woodward, of Glasco, was given the
captaincy for next year. "Woodie" made more goals than any other one man on the
Team. His eye was always true and his form steady and consistent.
Besides the many goals he scored on free throws, Woodward from his guard
position shot many a basket from the field.
