MIAMI--April 1, 2004--Cross Lander USA announced today the hiring of Mark Kirn-Slaboszewicz as the company's new Chief Executive Officer, and restructuring of the top management positions as the Miami-based automotive manufacturer readies for the U.S. introduction of its new off-road vehicle later this year.

Kirn-Shaboszewicz formerly served as President of Health Care International, the consumer products arm of Schering-Plough Corporation, where he was responsible for the full range of activities involving the company's discovery, development, manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceutical and healthcare products worldwide. His knowledge and successful leadership in international business will help provide global market penetration and increased production capacity of Cross Lander USA products.

Company founder John Perez will shift to Chairman from his former position of President and Chairman and will remain responsible for the company's overall operations.

Bill Goetze, who formerly served as Vice President and General Manager, will assume the role of President for the company and will remain responsible for the U.S. network of dealers and creating the U.S. market demand for the new off-road vehicle.
