Gregory Alan Dreiling (born November 7, 1962 in Wichita, Kansas) is a former professional basketball player. A 7'1" center from the University of Kansas, he was selected by the Indiana Pacers in the second round of the 1986 NBA Draft. Dreiling carved out a ten-season career (1986-1997) as a reliable backup center, playing for the Pacers as well as the Dallas Mavericks and Cleveland Cavaliers. He is now an assistant coach for the Mavericks.

As a collegiate, Dreiling was the starting center for one of the most successful teams in University of Kansas history. In 1986, Dreiling's senior season, he starred along with fellow seniors Ron Kellogg and Calvin Thompson, junior Cedric Hunter and sophomore Danny Manning on a Larry Brown coached team that compiled a 35-4 season. That team made the Final Four before losing to Duke in the National Semi-finals.
